In the last ten years I have spent more than 1,000 hours coaching leaders at all levels – from Founders and C-suite executives to technical leaders and first-time managers.
I choose to work with leaders because I have seen how this can make a significant, positive impact in the world.
Leaders have the power to make the workplace a space of empowerment, achievement and development – a place where stakeholders are served and employees can flourish. Coaching is a direct way for leaders to “scale up” their abilities to effect success for their organizations, their teams and themselves.
