Example of a Standard program: You want to forge better relationships with your peers in other divisions, and with stakeholders, but you’re not sure how to move the working relationships to the next level.
Standard Coaching looks like this:
1st month: Setup: We meet twice for 1.5 hours to get acquainted and to work together on setting your program goals. My intake process may include getting input from others, or reviewing feedback you’ve already received (surveys, performance reviews, assessments). Together we agree on your learning goals.
2nd month: We begin meeting for 1 hour every 2 -3 weeks, working on specific “habits” for sustainable change and self-observation exercises.
6th month: In our final meeting, we review your progress and make plans for you to continue your development on your own.
